Job Description

Why Analytics Engineer? We want front-end data and web analytics to be an integral part of the entire data ecosystem in the company, instead of being its little brother, as is often the case. That is why we have created a department to take care of it – to make the data from Google Analytics accurate, more accessible, transparent and integrated with a whole lot of data from other sources.

What will you take part in:

Development and monitoring of tracking systems
We are rebuilding the method of obtaining data for Google Analytics based on an internal system
We implement Google Tag Manager Server-Side
We build a data model in BigQuery, thanks to which the use of data from Google Analytics should be much easier
We integrate front-end data with data from other sources (ETL)
The GA4 implementation is on the horizon
Data-based reporting and visualization, tagging, analysis, debugging

We are looking for a person who:

He is still learning – this is definitely the most important thing – if you get convulsions from anger when you say ‘we’ve always done that’ and you are always looking for a way to do something better, we’ll get along!
He knows Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager at a good level and understands how the internet works
He knows SQL and Google BigQuery (preferably with the knowledge of GA export data schema) at a good level and wants to go two levels higher
He knows JavaScript well
Likes to work with code
Knows why it is better not to waste too much time analyzing the bounce rate
He wants to gain knowledge in the future: DBT, Python / R, Apache Airflow, GTM Server-Side

What we offer:

Remote or hybrid work after the pandemic
Private medical care
Access to the Motivizer platform https://motivizer.pl/
Multisport, Life insurance
Work in a rapidly growing international organization
A friendly atmosphere in a professional team focused on common goals
