Ninjas in Pyjamas is one of the most iconic brands within esports, founded almost 20 years ago. We recently merged with Chinese organization ESV5, making us one of the very largest global esports operations in the entire world under the umbrella of NIP Group. At NIP, we field world-class teams in CSGO, Rainbow Six, FIFA, Valorant, and soon League of Legends. For the Ninjas in Pyjamas side of the business, we are looking for a driven Director of Partnership Management, to create groundbreaking partnerships that seek to elevate the fan and gaming experience across the whole organization. You’ll be tasked with leading the existing partnership portfolio, making sure we deliver a world-class partnership experience, always on top of deliverables, with a firm understanding of our partner’s current and future strategic priorities.

The core responsibilities:
  • Manage and further develop the execution and strategic direction of our partnership accounts, leading to high satisfaction, renewal rates, and increased revenue.
  • Lead, scale and develop a team of account managers and partnership activation specialists
  • Report weekly across the management team on current development and overall delivery status within the partnership portfolio
  • Build bridges internally across departments, making sure we always develop our processes and further enhance collaboration

Required qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant, client management experience, with the majority being in sponsorships or media, with a proven track record in overachieving targets.
  • Experience in leading and scaling a team of motivated, pro active go getters
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • A fundamental understanding of digital sales and data
  • Creative mindset and a natural interest in developing cutting edge brand activations
